1. Membership

By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the participating member venues you visit. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership and to access any participating club. Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon entry.

3. Access Codes

Access codes are issued as part of your membership. They must be presented together with valid ID at participating clubs. Sharing, selling, or distributing access codes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds are granted once payment has been completed.

Purchasing a membership immediately grants access to private and exclusive member resources, including participating venues, access codes and member-only information. Because these resources are accessible from the moment of activation, refunds cannot be provided after purchase.

5. Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled by an administrator in the event of a violation of these terms. Cancelled memberships result in the immediate revocation of all access codes. No refund is provided upon cancellation.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Your personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

7. Liability

Membership Spain acts as a membership platform only. We are not responsible for the operations, services, or products of individual clubs. Each club operates independently and is responsible for compliance with local regulations.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
